 Today Emak is a major international business with four premier brands renowned the world over: Efco, Oleo-Mac, Bertolini, Nibbi. With 4 production sites, 8 branches and 135 distributors, Emak maintains a presence in more than 85 countries, serving some 22,000 points of sale across the fi ve continents.
Besides Italy, where the company enjoys leader status, Emak also enjoys a particularly high profile in Europe - where three-quarters of its business is generated - and can claim to be among the premier continental manufacturers in its chosen sector. Thanks to continuous technological innovation at product and process level, and to strengthening of the sales network, revenue has kept growing steadily over time.
Emak has increased its turnover from 36 million euros, in the first financial year, to over 194.9 million in 2009. The Emak group employs around 910 people, around 420 in the main factory premises at Bagnolo in Piano (Italy). From the manufacturing standpoint, Emak operates to high quality standards and is able to boast a comprehensive offering made up of 23 product families and over 240 models: a broad range of which the technological core component is the petrol engine, designed and manufactured at the company’s own works.Excellence in design has won Emak acclaim from the industry at large, and awards from prominent international institutes. |
