1. When you visit this website, fill out forms, contact slips, surveys and market research which could potentially form the basis of a commercial relationship, our company will collect and process your personal information.
2. For the purposes of clarity, your attention is drawn to the definitions laid down in Leg. Decree No. 196/2003:

That personal data will be collected and processed by the undersigned company in compliance with the following principles:

1. General purposes: personal data will be processed to meet your requests, to fulfil bureaucratic, administrative, tax-related and commercial obligations, in institutional processes the company is required to perform by law, and in all cases for the exclusive purposes of the relationship to which you are party.
2. Direct marketing purposes: your personal (non-sensitive) information may also be used, solely and exclusively on receipt of your free, optional, specific and explicit consent which can be withdrawn at any time, also to send advertising materials/messages via mail, e-mail, fax, text message, MMS and similar. On giving your consent, you are still entitled to object at any time and at no expense, to the processing of your personal information for this purpose.
3. Data storing time: all information stored for the purposes described in b) (direct marketing), with the exception of data used specifically for the proper administration of your position, will not be held for more than 24 months by our company. Any parties that we may forward your personal information to (see below) are given clear instructions to ensure they also comply with the aforementioned maximum data storing time.
4. Method: data will be processed both as hard copy and using electronic/digital/telematic means, in full compliance with applicable legislation, in accordance with the principles of legality and correctness and with the duty of confidentiality.
5. Optional consent: allowing your personal information to be held and processed is optional and not obligatory.
6. Consequences of denied consent: refusing to provide personal information or objecting to it being used for the purposes described in a) can make it impossible to fulfill some of your requests. Denying your consent to use personal information for the purposes in b) will have no effect on your entitlement to any benefits relating to special offers or relationships to which you are party.
7. Subjects or categories of subjects to whom personal information may be transmitted or distributed: your personal information may be transmitted to the following subjects for the purposes specified in a) and b): advertising or marketing agencies, distributors of this company, the parent or subsidiary/affiliated companies. Your personal information may be transmitted to other parties for the purposes described in a), such as mailing companies and similar bodies that we may enlist the services of. Under no circumstances will your personal information be publicly disseminated.
8. Data processors: your personal data will be processed solely and exclusively by a small number of designated individuals in the administration, marketing, EDP and sales departments.
9. Rights of data subject: you have all rights as laid down in Art. 7, to which you are referred for more complete details.
10. Data controller: the controller of your personal information is the undersigned company, Emak S.p.A. with head office in Bagnolo in Piano (RE), Via E. Fermi 4, in the person of our pro-tempore legal representative.
11. The full and constantly updated list of data processors is available and can be consulted on our institutional website and/or on appropriate hard copy documents held in our head office.

This privacy statement may be amended, either orally or in writing, and further elements or indications added in order to better answer any questions you may have on the subject of data protection, or to allow you to approve changes in legislation.
